Hot Runner Cartridge Heaters
The Hot Runner Cartridge Heater is designed for plastic injection runner-less molding hot tip bushings, pin-point gating torpedoes/probes and manifold bushings.
A Type “J” or “K” Thermocouple grounded (ungrounded available) to the disc end provides excellent temperature control at the gating area eliminating freeze ups or drool.
Built-in internal thermocouples are available on most cartridge heater diameters. 10” leads are standard for both heater and thermocouple. Leads are internally connected. Specify longer leads.
