Prior approval must be obtained from Proheat prior to returning products. Non-stock items are not returnable. Stock items are subject to a restocking fee.

To initiate a return, call Proheat or fill out the form below for a return authorization Number (RMA). Ship the item pre-paid with the RMA printed clearly on the packing slip. The item will be evaluated by the manufacturer to determine the cause of failure. In the unusual case of a defect, the manufacturer in its sole discretion may issue credit, repair or replace the item. If the returned product is not subject to the manufacturers warranty you will be notified of the estimated cost of repair, or replacement.
