Priority Order Tracking
As each order is entered, a fulfillment priority is assigned to make sure that your delivery/purchase requirements are met. We then follow-up based on the priority of your order- Critical, Important, or Standard – to ensure that every effort is made for you to receive your product when you need it.
Inventory Bin Re-Order Card
To make re-ordering as easy as possible, every shipment leaves Proheat with an Inventory Bin Re-Order Card. These cards have a part number and description information to make re-ordering as simple as possible.
Special 5:00 pm Service
Proheat has the unique ability to get UPS Red, Blue and Ground packages out the door as late as 5:00 pm. We are located just a few minutes from UPS’s Louisville air hub. That means we can give the very best UPS Service available anywhere!
